Heidi Montag's first interview after multi-plastic surgery overhaul reveals a scary picture. The Hills reality star has done two sit down interviews with Access Hollywood and Extra. The magazine cover Montag did I thought she looked good but the wonders of Photoshop did its magic because she looks a mess and totally plastic in this taped interview. Its almost scary how her eyes look like they are going to jump out of her face with those weird looking cheeks and chin. (Her plastic surgeon is upset that she is doing interviews while still swollen)

Surgery included: nose job, nasal tuck, ears pinned back, chin bone removal, butt augmentation, lipo suction in the hips-stomach-inner thighs, cheek injection, botox.

George Clooney rallying celebrity friends for Haiti Telethon Relief. The actor is calling on all his A-list celebrity friends to lend a hand and help raise money for Haiti.

Tuesday's 7.0 earthquake in Haiti which has caused mega disaster and the deaths of what's believed to be a half-a-million people, is bringing the world together as one to provide help to those in need.

MTV has confirmed that the telethon is in the works, no details available as of yet. The telethon is expected to air Jan. 22 on all of MTV's platforms, including VH1. Celebs will be participating from both coasts.

Celebs have already started using their star power to offer/ask for help to provide aid devastated nation. Artist Wyclef Jean who is originally from Haiti has been organizing relief efforts through his Yéle Haiti Foundation. Wyclef is asking for donations of $5.00 via text (it will be charged to your phone bill), see link below. Mega couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt known for their humanitarian efforts immediately stepped forward and donated $1 million to the cause. Yele Haiti Foundation so far has raised $3 million.

Other celebrities took to their twitter accounts and asked their fans and fellow twitter followers for donations and any assistance they can offer to Haiti. Ashton Kutcher, Rainn Wilson, Olivia Wilde, John Legend, Alyssa Milano, Selena Gomez, Lindsay Lohan and Sal Masekala, all of whom have encouraged donations and assistance to quake victims through Twitter this week.

Golden Globe-producing Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced it, too, would be donating $100,000 to the cause and the NFL team Indianapolis Colts are donating $10,000.

The American Red Cross also has available a donations text system. They are asking for a $10.00 donation which will be billed to your phone bill. They have raised $4 million so far.

Soul Singer Teddy Pendergrass Dies at 59

Soul singer Teddy Pendergrass dies Wednesday at age 59. Teddy Pendergrass who was known for his smooth soulful voice became R&B's reigning sex symbol in the 1970s and '80s with his love ballads. The singer's son, Teddy Pendergrass II, said his father died at a hospital in suburban Philadelphia. The singer underwent colon cancer surgery eight months ago and had "a difficult recovery," his son said.

"To all his fans who loved his music, thank you," his son said. "He will live on through his music."

Back in 1982 Pendergrass suffered a spinal cord injury and was paralyzed from the waist down from a devastating car accident. He became an inspiration after becoming paralyzed when he went back into the studio after spending six months in the hospital.

Golden Girls Rue McClanahan Suffers Stroke

Golden Girl Rue McClanahan has suffered. According to her rep, the 75 year old suffered a "minor" stroke while recovering from heart bypass surgery.

Back in November McClanahan had a heart operation and according to reports she spent two weeks in the ICU after doctors successfully removed the blood clot in her brain.

E! online reports, "Her recovery is slow but steady, with her speech and movement on the right side of her body affected.

McClanahan, is undergoing physical therapy but should be out of the hospital by the end of the month, according to her rep.

With the death of Bea Arthur last year, McClanahan and Betty White are the last surviving stars of the hugely popular former NBC sitcom."

Katt Williams Gets Slapped with An Arrest Warrant

Comedian Katt Williams gets slapped with an arrest warrant. TMZ is reporting that two arrest warrants have been issued for the comedian after he allegedly punched someone in the face at an Atlanta hotel in November. The whole incident is said to be caught on audio tape.

Warrants must be Williams favorite accessory because there are also arrest warrants for battery and false imprisonment which were issued in December for Williams in Fulton County. These charges in Georgia stem from an alleged incident at the Four Seasons Hotel the night of Nov. 12.

According to the police report, Merion Powers claims Williams invited him to the hotel to discuss a debt, and when Powers sensed trouble was brewing, he pressed the record button on his cell phone.

"Mr. Williams was on audio recording stating that he did physically strike Mr. Power's once in the nose" and that Powers' nose "did show signs of swelling," according to the report.

The comedian was never arrested, but warrants were issued on Dec. 28.

Williams people said the following about the alleged allegations: "Powers was attempting to extort the comedian over a musical recording made by Williams, and when Williams told Powers to pound sand, Powers' pal called the hotel security, security called the cops, but the cops didn't believe Powers and left without arresting Katt."

Tiger Woods Dropped From GM and Goes to Sex Rehab

Tiger Woods gets dropped by GM. The American car company joins Woods other Sponsors: Gillette, AT&T, Gatorade, Accenture and Tag Heuer in severing ties with the golfer in the wake of his sex scandal.

GM's official endorsement contract with Woods actually ended in 2008, but the driving deal had been extended until Dec. 31, 2009, Buick spokeswoman Dayna Hart tells USA Today.

The end date was set before the Thanksgiving crash and Woods's subsequent "indefinite departure" from golf, which he announced on his Web site last month.

Woods had been allowed to keep several vehicles, including the Cadillac SUV and reportedly a Buick Enclave crossover, for his personal use, according to USA Today. Woods is no longer allowed to drive GM vehicles for free.

Sources tell People that Woods entered The Meadows, a clinic in Wickenburg, Arizona sometime around the holidays. The clinic specializes in substance abuse, as well as compulsive disorders such as gambling or sex addiction. A sex-therapy expert who claims to be familiar with the situation says the 34-year-old golfer arrived in Wickenburg around New Year's and will likely stay for four to five weeks of treatment. "He should be out by Valentine's Day or thereabouts," says the source.

Bob Guiney is Bachelor Bob Again: He Splits with Wife

Bob Guiney is Bachelor Bob again. Reports claim he has split from his wife All My Children star Rebecca Budig. Several sources close to the couple say they are calling it quits after 5 years of marriage.

“They’ve been on the rocks for a long time and lately it’s become clear that nothing is going to save this,” a friend of Budig says. “They’ve just grown apart and are no longer the people they were when they got married.”

Another source says that Guiney is already dating: “He’s moved on and has been seen in the company of at least one other woman.”

Guiney who became well known for his search for love on the Bachelorette (starring Trista Sutter) and went on to star as the Bachelor of ABC's season 4 of The Bachelor had a brief success hosting different shows and events. And when he met Budig, their quick courtship had everybody in aw of their new found love.

Last March, Budig left her role as Greenlee on All My Children, which shocked everybody because she had just recently returned to reprise the role. She said she needed to spend more time in Los Angeles with her husband. Ironically, All My Children recently relocated to Los Angeles from New York City, and Budig has rejoined the show.

In the interview Montag reveals her most recent surgery involved 10 plastic-surgery procedures in one day.

Nov. 20, Montag's $30,000 total transformation began including nose job, botox, breast enhancements, lipo-suction of stomach and legs, butt augmentation and pinning back her ears.

Even keeping her family in the dark, the starlet chronicled every painful moment of recovery and her journey to become "the best me."

Michael Jackson's Death Investigation Finally Complete

Michael Jackson's death investigation is finally complete. The LAPD investigation into Michael Jackson's death has been completed and the case will go the D.A. within weeks, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

TMZ reports that, "it's all but certain Dr. Conrad Murray will be criminally charged in MJ's death."

The investigation was actually completed sometime last month, the source tells TMZ. The case will be formally presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney as soon as scheduling allows.

The source tells TMZ that the LAPD investigation was "exhaustive" and "extremely thorough". The source also believes that the D.A. has enough evidence to pull the trigger on a criminal case against Dr. Murray.

The source even says the case is complicated, because Dr. Murray did not break any laws in administering Propofol to Jackson.

A decision has not been made as of yet of the charge that will be filed, but the source tells TMZ that it will likely be involuntary manslaughter, which requires a showing of gross negligence.

Fan excused Terrell Owens of fraud. The fan claims the Buffalo Bills receiver owes him the car because of a pre-season bet.

Apparently, before the season started, Owens made a "deal" on his Twitter page to catch 10 TD's this year and if didn't he would fork over the keys to his prized ride.

T.O. didn't come close to the TD mark he predicted and now the fan is trying to collect. The fan claims Owens is completely blowing him off.

T.O.'s rep told TMZ that the whole thing was "all in good nature" and there was "no reality" to the bet.

Gary Coleman Out of the Hospital and Does His Usual Interview Rants

Gary Coleman has been released from the hospital and gives his usual interview rants. The Different Strokes star suffered a seizure a day ago and speaks with E! News about his health, marriage, his private part and complains about an upcoming movie he is in.

"I had a seizure yesterday, and I'm a little weak on my left side, but I'm perfectly fine." Coleman says the bump on his head and the cane were actually the result of a tumble at his Utah home on New Year's Day and not due to yesterday's episode. "I fell down the stairs—not because of a party—but because I was rushing to open the door for someone. I got a little damaged. And then 20 minutes later I had another seizure. So it looks like my brain's being rattled inside my head for some reason."

Then Coleman goes on to talk about his private part and this movie at which he was in Los Angeles to protest a straight-to-DVD film he costarred in called Midgets vs. Mascots. Coleman alleges the filmmakers used a body double for nude scenes in the movie. He says he plans to sue and prevent the movie makers from selling any more copies of the film.

"I wanted all my fans and all your fans to protest my penis being in the movie, because I didn't want that. It's a body double, I believe, because I certainly was not gonna do this. And I heard that the body double is ugly, and is unattractive, and does not make me look good."

Charlie Sheen Ordered to Appear in Court, His Uncle Calls Wife A Drama Queen & His Hanes Ad Finally Gets Pulled

Charlie Sheen has been ordered to appear in court. The Two and Half star recently returned back to work on the set of his hit show and now he has been ordered by a Colorado judge to appear in person at a hearing in Aspen stemming from his felony domestic violence arrest for his Christmas DV alleged knife attack on his wife Brooke Mueller.

E! Online reports: Pitkin County Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin says the judge rejected a petition by Team Sheen to have him phone in for the proceeding, ostensibly to avoid a media circus.

Instead, the Golden Globe winner will have to park himself in court on Feb. 8 to answer allegations that he threatened his missus with a knife.

- Charlie Sheen's uncle calls his wife a "Drama Queen". “It’s a sad situation on everybody’s part,” Charlie’s uncle Joe Estevez tells E! News. “Everybody wishes it didn’t happen. Hopefully everyone can move on positively.”

He continues on to say, “There’s just as much chance of her being a drama queen as of what she’s saying being true,” He says. “Maybe he was angry — maybe that’s true and maybe it was an embellishment. Let’s give the couple the benefit of the doubt. I think it’s much ado about nothing… If they were any other couple in the world, it would be gone and forgotten. Because it was Charlie and Brooke, they’re taking it to the max.”

But mind you, Sheen's Uncle has never met Brooke and has not spoken to Charlie in months.

Shaquille O'Neil's Accuser Has More Legal Run-Ins with Other NBA Stars

According to TMZ, the woman who has accused Shaquille O'Neil of harassment has had other legal run-ins with two other NBA stars.

TMZ: "According to several police reports, Vanessa Lopez has had serious legal run-ins with Denver Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin and Cleveland Cavaliers guard Delonte West -- during the same time period she claims she was secretly hooking up with Shaq.

Back in 2006, Delonte West -- then with the Boston Celtics -- called security on Lopez, claiming she refused to leave his Orlando hotel room.

Police were called to the room -- where Lopez, according to the police report, then accused West of making unwanted sexual advances toward her.

West acknowledged that he had slept with Lopez in the past -- but claimed he never hit on her that night. West said Lopez tried to seduce him -- but he rejected her because he had another woman coming over.

Police ultimately removed Lopez from the premises.

Lopez's run-in with Kenyon Martin went down in 2007 -- when the NBA star's business manager called police, claiming Lopez somehow got hold of Martin's credit card. According to the police report, the manager claimed Lopez blew hundreds of dollars -- minimum -- without Martin's permission.

It's unclear if criminal charges were ever filed against Lopez for that incident.

Lopez has lawyered up with Gloria Allred to go after Shaq. So far, O'Neal hasn't commented on the situation. Allred had no comment." See legal documents
