More Drama Following Casey Johnson's Death: Tila Tequila -VS-Nikki Hilton & Bijou Phillips

More drama following the death of Heiress Casey Johnson. First her so called fiancee reality star Tila Tequila continues to post blog comments, tweets and videos about Casey's alleged drug use and other personal info which makes Casey's long time friends mad causing them to tweet back telling Tila to shut-up.

Next Tila battles it out with Nikki Hilton and Bijou Phillips in front of the paparazzi. Apparently Casey and Tila lived together and the Johnson family called on childhood friends of Casey, Nikki Hilton and Bijou Phillips to go collect all of Casey's belongings including her two dogs. The drama was caught on tape by TMZ watch video below. Tila finally agrees and allows Nikki and Bijou in to get the dogs and other items after she had already called the police.

Most recently, Tila posted a tirade against Lennard on her blog filled with so many curse words Next, Casey's ex. Jasmine Lennard gets her lawyers to send a cease-and-desist letter to Tequila, threatening to sue her pants off if she doesn't make the post disappear.

"Should you fail to comply with our client's stipulations, you will be exposed to extensive liability in damages and legal costs in this jurisdiction," the document reads.

Casey Johnson's Family Arranges Private Funeral

Casey Johnson, the 30-year-old Johnson & Johnson heiress will have a private funeral attended by immediate family this week. (Does this mean Tila Tequila is not invited to attend?)

“The Johnson family wishes to thank everyone who has expressed condolences and support during this trying time," says family spokesman Jesse Derris. "Your thoughts and prayers are deeply appreciated.

The socialite's family has arranged for her body to be "flown back east to her final resting place," Derris says. No other details were announced.

“The family asks for a measure of privacy over the next several days as they mourn their loss," adds Derris.

The great great grand-daughter of Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical founder was found dead in her home by her maid. The police believe Johnson had been dead for several days before her body was discovered.

Johnson had suffered from diabetes since she was a child and had battled drug problems in the past, though no cause of death has been determined and police found no obvious signs that she had taken illegal drugs. Insulin and syringes were found in the home.

Johnson, who made tabloid headlines recently by getting engaged to reality star Tila Tequila, was found dead Monday in her Los Angeles home. People questioned why her so called fiancee had not noticed Johnson had been missing for days. According to reports the two were not speaking at the time due to a lovers spat.

Tila tweeted about the news of Casey's death:

"Everyone please pray 4 my Wifey Casey Johnson," Tequila wrote. "She has passed away. Thank u for all ur love and support but I will be offline to be w/ family."'

As for Johnson's 3 year old daughter Ava Monroe who she adopted, the family says she will be well taken care of. Reports say that Johnson had lost custody of the little girl to her mother who is now raising the little girl.

Her family says that people can make donations in her memory to the Casey Johnson Memorial at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. "Casey struggled throughout her life fighting this disease, and she would want to see all of us continue that fight on her behalf," says the family spokesman.

Bengals Chris Henry's Fiancee Fianlly Speaks Out About His Death

The late Chris Henry's fiancée fianlly speaks out about his tragic death and the events that led up to his death. On Monday, Tonga told ESPN that she wasn't driving fast when Henry was fatally injured after she says he jumped out of the back of a moving pickup she was driving on Dec. 16.

"I think he thought maybe he was going to land. He was going to land right," Loleini (Leini) Tonga told ESPN Outside the Lines reporter John Barr in an interview, her first public comments about the day Henry died.

"I wasn't going fast. Maybe he was scared because he saw someone calling the police," Tonga said.

The reporter asked Tonga why she didn't stop when Henry fell out the back of the pick-up and she said the road had no where for her to pull over. (Um has she heard of hazard lights). Now the Police said Tonga stopped to assist Henry when he fell about a half-mile from the home. Uh oh, this looks like a discrepancy in the story.

Henry was taken off life support in North Carolina on Dec. 17. The official cause of death was listed as blunt-force trauma. He was 26. The amazing thing that came out of his tragic incident was that Henry saved 5 different lives because he was an organ donor.

ESPN reports:

The traffic incident, which is still under investigation, followed a domestic dispute between Henry and Tonga at the Charlotte home owned by Tonga's parents, according to police.

Tonga would not say what the couple argued about but did acknowledge that there was a verbal argument and that she wanted to leave the home.

Tonga told Barr that Henry jumped, rather than fell, from the back of the pickup.

"He jumped," she said. "He jumped. He jumped from the back of the car."

Tonga didn't give a specific speed, but she said she wasn't driving fast in the 35-mph zone. "I know I wasn't going fast at all because I was trying to drive slow because I knew he was in the back standing up," she said.

She also told Barr that she didn't stop because there was nowhere to stop on the road. The interview will air Sunday on Outside The Lines (9 a.m. ET, ESPN).

A neighbor, Lee Hardy, said on the day Henry died that he heard Henry say that if Tonga kept driving, he'd jump from the truck and kill himself. Tonga doesn't think that was the case.

"I have no idea what was going through his mind," she said. "But as far as him wanting to end his life, no, he had too much going on. I know he wouldn't want to be gone away from his kids. He loves his kids. And everything was going really good. It's just that one day ..."

Henry was in North Carolina, where he had been recovering from a broken forearm that ended his season, and planning for his March wedding with Tonga. Tonga denied media reports that the couple argued over wedding plans the day of Henry's death.

Police said Henry and Tonga got into an argument at the Tonga family home and she drove away on a curvy residential street in suburban Charlotte.

Henry jumped into the truck's bed. A 911 caller told a dispatcher she saw a shirtless man wearing a cast "beating on the back of this truck window."

Teddy Riley Speaks Out About Abuse Allegations Against Daughters

Mega producer/artist, Teddy Riley has released a very detailed statement on the recent the alleged beating allegations.

Riley denies the allegations that he beat his 18 year old daughter Taja with a guitar from the video game Rock Band because she insulted his young girlfriend. The singer/producer explained contrary to what his kids are claiming he never punched, kicked and bashed his children before kicking them out:

Due to recent events, I am compelled to respond in detail to accusations made against me, by my daughters. I love my Daughters, but I will not allow my children to disrespect me in my home. Contrary to what I have been accused of, I would never beat my children. Perhaps, I should have been a stronger disciplinarian as they were growing up. I worked very hard so that my children would want for nothing.

In hindsight, I see that it was a mistake to give them everything they wanted so that they could have the childhood I never had. Unfortunately, they have taken me, and the privileged life I have given them, completely for granted.

Instead of being appreciative and realizing how fortunate they are, my children have an inflated sense of entitlement and expectation without having to work or earn their way.

However, my ‘children’ are no longer children, they are adults and I am trying to instill in them values and a work ethic of their own. My mother always told me “too many grown people can’t live in one house” so I encourage them to have their own homes if they cannot abide by the rules of mine. I am not an uptight Dad, I am as hip as they come but I will not tolerate being taken advantage of or disrespected, especially in my home.

I’ve been working since the age of 14, I bought my first car by myself. Nobody gave me a car. My kids don’t even remember their first car. I grew up with 6 of us in an apartment fighting over one bathroom. My kids have never had to share a bathroom, let alone a bedroom.

I’m asking everyone to let this one go… I’m only being a good parent. I’m a great father and everyone who knows me, knows this is true.

Actress Brittany Murphy Dies At 32

Actress Brittany Murphy dies at 32. The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office has confirmed to Access Hollywood that Brittany Murphy did die today.

According to the Coroner's Office, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Hollywood reported to them that an individual named Brittany Murphy died in the hospital Sunday morning.

Also a Cedars-Sinai spokesperson also confirming to Access that the star was pronounced dead at their facility at 10:04 AM.

Access was told by a Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman that they responded to a 911 call made from the 1800 block of N. Rising Glen Road -- the same street where the actress lives -- at 8 AM on Sunday.

No word yet as to the cause of death.

Brittany Murphy's rep also confirmed the sad news to Access Hollywood, "In this time of sadness, the family thanks you for your love and support. It is their wish that you respect their privacy."

Brittany spoke with Access just a few weeks ago and was beaming with joy at the Tt Collection Pop-Up Party in LA on December 3, where she discussed her family, her husband and having a child sometime in the new year.

"As far as having a New Year's resolution, I'd love to have a child next year," she said at the time. "But that's kind of a large one!"

"I've been very blessed to have a really great loving husband," she said. "I spend more time with my family than anyone else in the world"

Brittany road to stardom began after her role in 1995's "Clueless." She went on to star along side Eminem in the hit film"8 Mile," "Just Married," "Girl, Interrupted," "Sin City" and "Riding In Cars With Boys," and many others.

This is so sad, another very talented star gone too soon. People fall in love with Brittany because of her cute and corkie presence on the screen. She was that glimmering star that always seemed so happy and that perfect sweet girl next door who everybody wanted to know. Her eyes just spoke to you as if they were smiling.

Cincinnati Bengals Player Chris Henry Dead After Domestic Dispute

Cincinnati Bengals player Chris Henry dies after receiving life threatening injuries following a domestic dispute with fiancee.

Henry was rushed to the hospital Wednesday after being found laying unconscious on a residential road. Henry was on life support until early Thrusday morning.

Police said the dispute began at a home about a half-mile away, where Henry jumped into the bed of the pickup truck as his fiancee, Loleini Tonga was driving away from the residence.

Neighbors say the home is owned by the parents of Henry's fiancee, Loleini Tonga.

Police said at some point when she was driving, Henry "came out of the back of the vehicle." A source has alleged that Tonga was driving erratically and this is how Henry fell out from the back of the truck.

Police spokeswoman Rosalyn Harrington said homicide detectives have been assigned to the case but had no further information.

Police just recently released two 911 tapes Thursday afternoon. The first was from an unidentified woman who said she was following a yellow pickup truck.

"It's got a black man on it with no shirt on, and he's got his arm in a cast and black pants on," she told a dispatcher. "He's beating on the back of this truck window. ... I don't know if he's trying to break in or something. It just looks crazy. It's a girl driving it."

Just over a minute later, an unidentified man called 911 and said he saw a man "laying in the road" and "definitely unconscious."

Henry was engaged to Loleini Tonga, and the couple have three children (see above photo). EUR.web reports Tonga's MySpace page identifies herself as "Mrs. C. Henry" and has a picture of her next to a person who appears to be Henry. She also has a post from Tuesday talking about buying wedding rings.

"We ask that you keep Chris' family — especially the young children he leaves behind — in your prayers," Simms said. "It is tragic when a life is taken so young. He was a man just realizing his potential, not just in football, but in life"

Bengals owner, coach Marvin Lewis and quarterback Carson Palmer addressed the media Thursday morning.

“Here at the Bengals, we knew Chris as a teammate and a close friend,” Brown said. “To us, he was a warm, pleasant and easygoing person. He was popular with the players, coaches and team management. This is a painful feeling, a tragedy, and we will miss him. "

Brown, who gave Henry more than one chance to rectify his career, said the receiver was a "good person at heart."

"We knew him in a different way than his public persona," Brown said of the player who was suspended five times during his career. "He had worked through the troubles in his life and had finally seemingly reached the point where everything was going to blossom. And he was going to have the future we all wanted for him. It's painful to us. We feel it in our hearts, and we will miss him."

When asked what one of his fondest memories of Henry was, Brown referred to a Christmas party two years ago where he and Henry had a chance to speak one-on-one. Brown said Henry was gentle, alert, well-spoken, interesting and that "he won me over."

Lewis reiterated what Brown said. "What I saw was a good person at heart."

When he was asked about one of the things he'll remember about Henry Lewis spoke about the week leading up the Bears game earlier this season. Lewis said Henry was battling the flu all week and was not able to practice but on Saturday, he began to turn the corner. Henry met Lewis at Paul Brown Stadium the morning of the Oct. 25 game and ran routes with Jordan Palmer.

"Coach I feel better than I have in the past month," Henry told Lewis.

Lewis told Henry he was going to be active for the game. Henry went on to catch two passes for 26 yards, including a 9-yard touchdown catch that opened the scoring en route to the Bengals' 45-10 win that day.

"When Chris spoke and talk you got to the see the genuine person," Lewis said.

The day before the Bengals hosted the Baltimore Ravens on Nov. 8 Henry told his head coach he felt the same way he did before the Bears game. Henry suited up and caught one pass in the second quarter. Unfortunately, Henry broke his left forearm when he was tackled. That would be the last play of Henry's troubling, yet bright career. He was placed on injured reserve ending his season.

"It's a very sad day for our team, our organization, Bengal fans. I believe, our team believes Chris was a guy who was heavily misunderstood," Carson Palmer said Thursday.

Chad Ochocinco spoke to the media in the locker room on Thursday. "Chris was a really good friend of mine."

"My grandma always says you never question the man upstairs on decisions he makes," Ochocinco said. "I don't see how Chris was supposed to go already, especially when he was on the right path."

Chad said him and Chris spoke Tuesday night, the day before he died.

Authorities have not announced the cause of death. Mecklenburg County medical examiner investigator Carol Cormier said they were expecting to receive the body later Thursday.

Singer Robin Thicke says its a boy. The soul man recently told Essence.com that he and his beautiful actress wife Paula Patton are expecting a boy.

Thicke, 32, is already thinking about the life lessons he'll teach to his son. "Teaching him how to respect a woman. Teaching him music. Getting to play him Biggie Smalls at some age, we'll experience that together," he says. "That's the beauty of having a child."

Thicke admits to having first-time parent jitters. "I'm afraid of not being patient enough, but most of the time that's when I'm scared or worried about the future," Thicke says. "I want to work on that. But my biggest fear is being able to be there, because I don't know if kids ever think their parents were there enough."

Actor Robert Downey Jr. was detained in Japan for felony record. Downey while making an appearance on David Letterman admitted that while he was promoting the blockbuster film Ironman last year that he was held for his past felony record at which he has already paid his dues.

He told David Letterman Wednesday night that he was hassled at the airport for years-old felony convictions, "not recent stuff like you or Tiger."

"I probably should have seen there was a sign that said 'No Felons Allowed' in English and Japanese and I haven't had that expunged yet," he said. "You can actually get things expunged but I've been pretty busy. So I was detained, I was interrogated. It was a blast."

"Haven't you settled up? Haven't you paid your debts?" Letterman asked.

"Clearly I haven't paid my debts to Japan," said Downey.

Now this is really interesting because the Mirror reports that, Elin Nordegren may be seeing celebrity lawyer Sorrell Trope as soon as next week. According to the article, "Elin is believed to be planning to file for divorce in California -- where the couple have a home -- and not Florida, where they live." Filing for divorce in California would increase the chances that the couple's property would be split evenly between the two.

TMZ reports a source has informed them that Elin is "very close" to signing a contract with Puma, a rival of Nike, the apparel company with which Woods has long been affiliated. This report comes after several Woods sponsors have suspended ads with Woods or have ended their sponsorship relationship.

T.I Coming Home Early?

Hip-Hop rapper T.I. maybe coming home early. According to the latest reports the famous rapper could be released to a halfway house to finish his sentence as soon as January 2010.

T.I. began his 366-days sentence for pleading guilty to illegal firearms possession and possessing a gun as a convicted felon in back in May and now the spokesperson of the prison has this to say about the possible release:

"If his full-term release date is in March, it's not uncommon for an individual to be released to a halfway house to serve out the last portion of their federal sentence.
