Celebrity Blogger Perez Hilton posted an upskirt photo of 17 year old Pop singer/actress Miley Cyrus on Twitter and experiences a heated back lash from all around. First the media tears into to the popular blogger who is known for his upskirt photo reveals for posting an alleged partially nude photo of Cyrus who is still a minor. Next, ABC pulls its rotating banner ad for its hit daytime talk show, The View because of the photo. ABC said, "It's not a matter of whether you like [Perez Hilton] or not, it has to do with the morality of the issue. Miley is a minor, period. There are ethics involved in running an ad on a site that potentially violated the rights of a minor, and that is what the conversation is about at the network level," an ABC source told MSNBC. Now, according to different reports, Hilton could be facing child porn charges because Cyrus is still a minor. As of today there are no charges filed against Perez Hilton. Recap: Early Monday morning, Hilton's feed included a link to an up-the-skirt shot of the 17-year-old singer exiting a convertible. Along with the photo link, Hilton wrote, "If you are easily offended, do NOT click here...Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!" Hilton has since denied Cyrus' private parts were visible in the shot, saying in a video statement, "Do you think I'm stupid enough to post a photo of Miley if she's not wearing any underwear down there? Former Party of Five and 7th Heaven star, Jeremy London claims he was kidnapped and forced to smoke drugs at gun point. London tells police that he was kidnapped in Palm Springs last Thursday while he was changing a flat tire and then was forced to smoke crack and buy booze for gang members as he drove them around town. Radar Online reports: reports that Jeremy told police officers that he was trying to change a flat tire outside of the Bahama Hotel. Two men pulled up, and Jeremy thought they were going to help him but they forced him into his own car with a gun instead. They drove Jeremy around and terrorized him with a small gun. Sgt. Douglas told Radar, "He told officers (during the kidnapping) that he was forced to smoke dope and then purchase booze and hand it out in a gang area of Palm Springs." Jeremy escaped at around 3 in the morning and ran to get help. The police later found his car. Two suspects were arrested and charged with kidnapping. 17 year old boy learns the hard way not to mess with Jodie Foster regardless how much of a fan you are of her. Recap: The boy's father tells Radar online that his son is a huge Jodie Foster fan so he was really excited when he saw her at The Grove with her kids. The father (who wishes to remain anonymous) went on to explain, "He saw Jodie Foster and is a big fan so went over and took a picture of her. She came after him, poked him in the chest and said, 'Do you even have a mother you slime ball?' Jodie pushed and shoved him leaving scratches and bruises on his arm. He didn't mouth back at all and was scared of her. At one point Jodie's son even came over to my son and apologized. Her kids were really embarrassed. This left a really bad impression on my son about her. He used to be a big fan and now he has a bad taste in his mouth. He's a good kid; kind of small for his age. There was no threat to Jodie." According to the report the 17-year-old's family even filed a police report, but the authorities most likely aren't going to do anything about it since it's a "he said, she said" type of case. And because, the 17-year-old spelled Jodie's name wrong on the report. UPDATE: Jodie's rep says the dude is full of lies. The rep tells People, "This guy was most definitely a professional paparazzo. He had a large camera bag and 1000mm telephoto lens. He tailed Jodie and followed her all the way from the movie theater to the valet. He crowded her and her two young children and took photos of them the whole time.
