Here is the latest news: Yesterday, Kris Humphries files for an annulment weeks after Kim Kardashian files for divorce (Oct.31st) claiming irreconcilable differences. But according to a close source Kim wanted an annulment first when the two first separated but Kris refused.

The break-up of Kimmie's 72 day marriage has been very upsetting claims the source: "This whole situation has been upsetting for her," a source close to Kim tells E! News. "She wanted the annulment when they made the decision to separate, but was told it wasn't an option." Well, what do you know?! "The whole thing has been extremely difficult, as you can imagine," the source continued. "And she wants to be as respectful to Kris as much as possible."

Starting next Wednesday, a one-of-a-kind Nicki Minaj Barbie created by Mattel will be auctioned off on CharityBuzz.com starting at a bid of $1,000 until Dec. 19. All proceeds will go to Project Angel Food, which provided meals for men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS."

Lindsay Lohan Gets Jail Time

Lindsay Lohan gets jail time after admitting to violating her probation for DUI and jewelry-theft cases. The troubled starlet will have to serve 30 days in jail with no house arrest available. Lohan must surrender to the women's jail by Nov. 9.

Once Lohan completes her jail sentence she must complete 53 days of community service at the morgue and attending 18 more psychotherapy sessions, all by the end of next March.

The 25 year old will be visiting Lynwood jail for the 5th time but there is still a chance she may get out early do to over crowding.

Kim Kardashian's fairytale wedding turns into a nightmare media frenzy after pending divorce confirmed. Just 72 days after Kim's exaggerate wedding, the reality star files for divorce from her newlywed hubby Kris Humphries. The media and internet have went totally crazy reporting the not so shocking news with rumors and assumptions.

First Kim released this statement:

“After careful consideration I have decided to end my marriage,” she says. “I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best.”

Than Kris had this to say about the news:

"I love my wife and am devastated to learn she filed for divorce," he said in a statement Monday. Then the NBA star said he was not giving up, "I'm committed to this marriage and everything this covenant represents," he says in the statement, "and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it work."

Now Kim has released a letter to her fans explaining the quickie divorce after a quick world-wind romance that led to the American wedding of the year:

"I share so much of my life on a reality show, that contemplating whether to even film my wedding was a tough decision to make, and maybe it turned out to not be the smartest decision," she writes. "I felt like I was on a fast roller coaster and couldn’t get off when now I know I probably should have."

"I got caught up with the hoopla," the post continues, "and the filming of the TV show that when I probably should have ended my relationship, I didn't know how to and didn't want to disappoint a lot of people."

Kardashian, who jetted to Australia Monday to launch a new line of purses, explains that her decision to call it quits – which "devastated" her husband – was tough but, ultimately, the right one to make.

"I'm a hopeless romantic! I love with all of my heart and soul. I want a family and babies and a real life so badly that maybe I rushed in to something too soon," she writes on her blog. "I have to follow my heart. I never had the intention of hurting anybody and I accept full responsibility for my actions and decisions, and for taking everyone on this journey with me."

Continues the post: "It just didn't turn out to be the fairy tale I had so badly hoped for."

And just in case anyone was wondering about the gifts the 440 wedding guests gave the couple, Kardashian has an answer for that, too.

"I'm so grateful to everyone who took the time to come to my wedding," she writes. "I'll be donating the money for all the gifts to the Dream Foundation.

Pre-nup Blocks Kris Humphries From Getting Any Kardashian Money

Thanks to a iron clad pre-nup, Kris Humphries is blocked from getting any of the Kardashians money.

TMZ reports that the pre-nup keeps ALL assets separate, and with such a short marriage neither walks away with money from the other -- not a single penny.

Now that leaves just one piece of business on the table -- Kim's $2 million engagement ring. Sorry Kris, but you lose on 2 counts:

Now the Examiner reports this: While Kris Jenner now disputes the cost of the ring, the debate on the value has some fans ticked off as if it weren’t worth that much, why would the family allow the lie to go on. Rapper DMX mops up at the Waffle House for a Waffle House employee. DMX stopped in at the Waffle House in Greenville, S.C. for a late night bite to eat after a Halloween party.

The rapper tells TMZ, one of the workers -- who was mopping the floors at the time -- said he was a big fan ... and X was so touched, he grabbed the mop and finished the guy's job for him.

DMX goes on to say, "I was in a good mood and felt that I would do that for him since it was 4am and [the employee] had been working all night."

The rapper adds, "The minute you get too big to mop a floor or wipe a counter, that’s the exact minute you have life f**ked up."

Steven Tyler Continues On After Fall, A Black Eye & 2 Missing Teeth

Steven Tyler continues on after his terrible fall that left him with a black eye and 2 knocked out teeth. The Aerosmith frontman went on with the show the following day after he passed out in the shower. Wednesday night, Tyler is said to have performed his best show to date during a concert in Asunción, Peru.

Other than physical damage, the 63-year-old "American Idol" judge/rock star appeared in top form after a fall in a hotel bathroom Tuesday that left him bruised.

Officials of the Garzia Group that organized the concert told The Associated Press that Tyler became dizzy because of gastrointestinal problems before the frightening fall, which forced a one-day delay in the touring schedule.

Tyler wanted to clear the air and let his fans know that he did not fall off the wagon and is still sober despite his history with drugs and alcohol.

"You can't handle the tooth!" he joked in a phone interview with TODAY's Matt Lauer, which caused an outburst of giggles around the studio.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, when Tyler says he walked into his hotel shower in Paraguay, "got nauseous (from food poisoning), started to get sick and I fell on my face and I just passed out."

"I woke up with the water running on me ... and the next thing you know my tour manager was calling the American Embassy and we found the best hospital," he said.

Tyler told the "Today" show's Matt Lauer that his fall in the bathroom was not the result of a relapse.

"I get that people think that," he said. "It still bothers me a little, but it's something that I have to deal with for the rest of my life."

"Being in the program, it's something we have to expect," he went on. "People thinking that is natural and normal. We flew last night from Paraguay after that incident and we're in Argentina for two hours. And anyone who knows anyone who uses substances wouldn't be up at this hour having a talk with Matt Lauer and the rest of America."

Lauer further pressed on, asking, "So you're clean and sober? That's not the issue?"

"No, it's not the issue," Tyler replied.

The rocker said he received four stitches to the eye, some reparative plastic surgery and two dental implants.

"Frankly, I just passed out," he said. "I was in the shower and I got nauseous and I started to get sick and I just fell on my face. I just passed out and woke up with the water on."

Tyler even went on to stay that regardless of what happened he said he didn't plan to stop his band's Latin American tour.

"Short of having my legs taken off, people are going to expect me on stage no matter what," he said. "It's all about playing to the people. We rocked out. Not only did I break my face, but we broke a house record, so life is beautiful."

Rapper Jim Jones confirms he was a victim of an attempted beat-down/robbery. Jones called into to Miss Info and confirmed the shocking news calling it a "botched robbery".

Amy Winehouse cause of death has been revealed. The soul singer died of alcohol poisoning. The corner said the singer's alcohol levels were past the lethal dose that would cause death.

The coroner's report found that Winehouse had consumed 416 milligrams per deciliter of blood. That's above the potentially lethal dose of 400 mg per deciliter (or a blood-alcohol level of 0.4, five times the legal drunk-driving limit in the U.S.), according to the Mayo Medical Laboratories.

"Amy was battling hard to conquer her problems with alcohol, and it is a source of great pain to us that she could not win in time," a family spokesman said in a statement. "She had started drinking again that week after a period of abstinence."
