Twilight Saga's Last Film May Now Have A Director

Twilight Saga's last film may now have a director. Summit Entertainment has shown interest in Bill Condon has the director for the film adaption of the final Twilight Saga book. Its looking good for Bill Condon who directed 'Dream Girls', to fill the directors seat.

According to Myspace Trailer Park: The fourth and final book in the franchise is also the hardest one to adapt, but its 756 pages will be divided into two movies. One will tell the story of Bella’s (Kristen Stewart) marriage and the birth of a baby, and the second one will be the story of her transition into a vampire.

Oh how exciting 2 more films instead of one. Woo-hoo its time to celebrate!!!!

Taylor Lautner Could Have Lost Role But Worked Hard to Become A Leading Man

Taylor Lautner could have lost his role as Jacob Black but worked hard to become a leading man. Screen-writer Melissa Rosenberg told Film.com that Taylor Lautner could’ve easily lost the part in the movie, but didn’t. “Taylor was a day player in the first movie,” she said, “and there were all these discussions about whether he'd be coming back. He took it upon himself to transform himself into a leading man. He made himself a leading man.”

She also spoke about Taylor’s consistency in his work. “Taylor is a rare breed,” she said. “He wanted something and he made it happen. It easily could have gone the other way. If he doesn't do anything maybe it doesn't happen for him. That character is such a physical character that it had to be a transformation.”

Thank goodness they decided to keep Taylor Lautner. I could not imagine anyone else portraying Jacob Black.

Kellan Lutz A Newlywed?

Kellan Lutz a newlywed? Well, at least he will be in his new film. The hunky Twilight-star has signed on to be Mandy Moore's husband in actor Dermont Mulroney directorial debut.

The romantic comedy will star Kellan Lutz and Mandy Moore, as a newlywed couple whose marriage gets into danger when Mandy’s character finds out that her parents, whose marriage she always adored, are getting a divorce. She tries to save their marriage at the expense of her own.

Mandy Moore’s parents will be played by Jane Seymour and James Brolin.

Megan would like to have her first kiss with none other than our favorite vampire Robert Pattinson, its all for a good cause. Megan Jackson founded the cause EMS Charity Kiss to help bring more awareness to depression and raise money. Megan who has been suffering from depression for 10 years has found a unique and entertaining way to get the spot-light on the worldwide disease.

SayWhatNews chatted it up a bit with Megan about her cause and her request to have kiss R-Patz.

SayWhatNews: If you get the chance to meet Robert Pattinson and get that first kiss:What will you say to him?

Megan: “Thank you for not taking this in a bad way!”

SayWhatNews: Do you think you will be too nervous to even kiss him?Megan: Actually no, the part with Robert Pattinson is probably the part I’m the least nervous about. It’s the rest of the project - opening up about my illness, sharing what I’ve been going through. Although, I talk a big game now but it may be different if it actually happens!

SayWhatNews: Will you have someone take pictures or videotape the kiss?

Megan: I actually want the kiss to happen on the Ellen show, so I guess heaps of people will see it!

M. Night Shyamalan the Latest Director Added to Breaking Dawn's Director List

M. Night Shyamalan is the latest director that has been added to Breaking Dawn's growing list of possibles for director job.

Well I’m here today to make things even more confusing. This isn’t an official possibility on the table for Summit — as far as we know — but a noteworthy filmmaker professed his love for Stephenie Meyer’s vampire series in a chat on the Kid’s Choice Awards red carpet over the weekend: M. Night Shyamalan.

“I would’ve loved to be– I love the series, and Catherine [Hardwicke's] movie, it was one of my favorite movies of that year,” he said. “Really, I thought tonally, it was a perfect movie. I called her up after I saw ‘Twilight’ and was like ‘That was amazing.’ So I’m a big fan.”

Shyamalan is best known for writing and directing "The Sixth Sense", "The Happening", "Lady in the Water" and "Signs", just to name a few.

Chaske Spencer to star in new movie "Shouting Secrets". Here is the press release about the news:

“Actor Chaske Spencer, star of The Twilight Saga film series: “New Moon” and “Eclipse” has officially signed on as the lead in the Korinna Sehringer film “Shouting Secrets” which will start shooting in Arizona on April 26th. Spencer will play Wesley Bishnik, a successful young writer in Los Angeles who is called back to his Native American upbringing after ten years in order to visit his sick mother.

This role hits close to home for Spencer who grew up on reservations in Idaho and Montana and left home to pursue his acting career. Spencer has also been very active in showing his support for the Native American Community including raising awareness about the snowstorm disaster victims from South Dakota’s Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe who were without power and water for weeks.

Using his celebrity to spotlight the issue, Chaske alongside manager Josselyne Herman, and Video Army Productions has created a star-studded PSA campaign, benefiting the snowstorm disaster victims from South Dakota’s Cheyenne River Sioux tribe. The PSA’s urge individuals to “shift the power to the people” and help to empower everyone to create sustainable, lasting change in their communities and countries. Celebrity volunteers including “Twilight” series stars: Alex Meraz, Gil Birmingham, Boo Boo Stewart, Julia Jones, and Justin Chon, as well as other celebrities Q’orianka Kilcher, Quddus, Dawn Olivieri, and Danielle Bisutti. This project is one of the UNITED GLOBAL SHIFT project’s that Chaske is championing.

Kellan Lutz is a GOD. The Twilight star will play the role of the God of the Sea, a.k.a Poseidon in the upcoming film "War of the Gods".

According to reports other cast members include: Mickey Rourke will play the lead role as King Hyperion, Corey Sevier as Apollo, and WWE superstar Robert Mailet as the half-bull monster Minotaur.

After several set backs, the film will finally start shooting next month.

Cincinnati's Suncoast Video Hosted Twilight New Moon Release Party

Cincinnati, Tri-County Mall: Suncoast Video hosted a Twilight-New Moon midnight release party with New Moon stars Kiowa Gordon (Embry) and Tinsel Korey (Emily) Friday night (March 19th). The turn out was huge and fans were hyped.

The fans were there decked out in there Twilight gear from sweatshirts, tee-shirts, jewelry (necklaces, charm-bracelets, and tote-bags.

I decided to drive over since the mall is only 5 minutes away from my house and took my 13 year old son and 8 year old daughter (she is a Twilight fan). The mall had over 300 people waiting in line to meet Kiowa and Tinsel.

Kiowa and Tinsel personally autographed 300 New Moon DVD's. The meet and greet had some restrictions: You could only take a picture (weren't allowed to take photos with them), ask 2 questions and you were allowed to shake their hands.

Both Kiowa and Tinsel were very friendly. Kiowa is much cuter in person and Tinsel is a pure natural beauty (I loved her hair).

My daughter was so shy. Tinsel very sweet told her to come over and shake her hand. After meeting both of them my daughter said walking away she would never wash her hands again because she just met two movie stars. I just laughed. So thanks Kiowa and Tinsel for making my 8 year old's day, that is something she will remember (she immediately went to school and bragged to all her friends).

Peter Facinelli Talks Eclispe

Peter Facinelli spoke about Eclipse during his appearance at Best Buy in New York during the Twilight-New Moon mid-night release party.

“You have the love triangle, and within that, there’s a looming presence that’s threatening the family, so there’s a lot going on within our family,” he said, adding that the “threat” majorly affects the patriarch’s ability to make important decisions. ”Carlisle is used to getting information and having that information through Edward, who can read minds, and Alice, who can read the future, so that communication is shut off and we’re not quite sure where this threat is coming from,” Peter continued. “We know it’s there, we know it’s dangerous and deadly.”

So what’s the almighty coven leader to do? “Carlisle’s kind of got to keep it together and protect his family. He’s kind of flying with blinders on.”

What does Peter have to say about the action scenes in “Eclipse”? Peter said, “We have some great battle sequences in there. It’s a really good story.”

It was R-Patz mania the other day at the London premiere of "Remember Me". Women, mothers, teen girls and little girls screamed with excitement when Twilight star Robert Pattinson hit the red-carpet at the premiere of his new movie "Remember Me".

I have not seen the movie yet but while I was at the New Moon midnight release party at Suncoast Video I spoke with some Robert Pattinson fans who saw the movie and LOVED IT. They said it was a really good movie and that the ending shocked them.
